“For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Messiah. But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Yeshua Messiah.” Galatians 1:10-12

A leader must be free from human dependency

The leader must be fully sustained by the Most High

In the above text, Paul is free from human dependency, his ministry has no man as crutches. People are free to come and people are free to go. Paul is not playing the people pleasing game.

OFFENDED PEOPLE:

The hardest people to deal with in a ministry is an offended person. Because of fear of offending people many pastors hold back truth, as a result their influence is grossly reduced.

An offended brother is harder to win than a fortified city, and disputes are like the bars of a castle.” Proverbs 18:19

When offended people leave. They stop building, they stop giving and they stop supporting , they stop following .

From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.
Then said Yeshua unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. John 6:66-68

When people get offended they quickly forget how impactful your ministry has been, how you have been a blessings to them, how you have help them grow.

Proverbs 18:19 says, “An offended brother is harder to win…” Why? All an offended person care about is leaving. They leave the ministry , the leave the position, they leave the task, they leave the group.

Leaving is the tactics of offended people. They know that “their leaving” will create questions in the minds of people, leaving will sow doubt in faithful followers. Leaving will reduce number. So offended people use leaving the ministry to punish the leader, or to hold him hostage.

THE LEADERS VICTORY

Don’t be overly concerned about who leaves or who stays. Never beg those who leave to return. Don’t give people too much power over you. John 6:33 tells us , that Yeshua turned to the other disciples and ask them if they too want to leave.

Yeshua didn’t lay hands on anyone to solve their financial problems. Few months after Yeshua’s departure Peter said to the man at the gate called Beautiful, “Silver and gold I have none…” Acts 3:6
This means we must begin to learn the principles of kingdom money management and multiplication .

As your read through the book of Acts Chapter 4 into Acts Chapter the apostle eventually mastered the law of time management, the law of delegation and the law of distributions. This resulted in the early assembly becoming wealthy and economically blessed. During famine in the early days of the church they had abundance.

It will baffle the mind of most of my reader to hear that Yeshua was once a carpenter . Carpentry? No way! Yes He was. Nobody knew him once, nobody believed in him, nobody saw his potential as a healer .
In the 30 something part of his growing up life he was in a trade because his earthly father Jospeh was a Capenter: Isn’t this the carpenter’s son? Isn’t his mother’s name Mary, and aren’t his brothers James, Joseph, Simon and Judas“ Mathew 13:55

Becoming You

Perhaps someone reading this is a sewage cleaner, toilet washer, a gate man, a janitor, a shoe shiner etc . Don’t forget that what you are doing does not define who you will become. You are passing through a stage, a season to discovering your true calling.

Rejection and Disappointment

Some doors will be shut against you , some people will reject you and some will not call you back , don’t worry. Rejections and disappointments are road to travel to discover your “Higher Self”.

Give it Time!

People shine when they become Themselves, Find themselves and Know themselves. It takes time to come into yourself or to embrace your calling . The spot light is for those who become themselves.

When we are illuminated by the Holy Spirit through the hearing of the Word of Elohim we become citizens of the kingdom of God. What happens next is that our spiritual development requires two stages.
First, is the ‘consciousness of Elohim’ and secondly is the ‘revelation of Elohim’ . In this teaching , we will explore how the consciousness of God dawns in our heart at new birth resulting in “stripping”.

STRIPPING:

Ephesians 4:22-32

22 So get rid ( strip) of your old self, which made you live as you used to – the old self that was being destroyed by its deceitful desires.”

“We have also a more sure word of prophecy, unto which ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn and the day star arise in your hearts” 2 Peter 1:19

The consciousness of God creates a stripping, the removal of filthy, worldly and carnal ways of life. We begin to change our clothing, behavior and attitudes as we become conscious of God. The next things that happens after to submit to the consciousness of God is the revelation of God. This is when the Spirit of wisdom and revelation begins to make the Father and our savior Yeshua Messiah more real to us.

Paul, in his prayers “for saints who are in Ephesus, and are faithful in Messiah Yeshua” (Ephesians 1:1, ESV), asks that God “may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better” (verse 17).

This teaching will challenge you, you cannot afford to miss this life changing message.

The ministry of Helps!

Many are not focused on their primary calling because they have nobody around to do those things they are not called to do.

In other words for a kingdom leader to fulfill his ministry God has to send “helping hands”if he will fulfil his calling!

In Acts Chapter 6, when the problem of food distribution faced the Apostles, they knew it was an important issue but yet it was not their primary calling, it was not what they were called to do. The solution was in the emergence of seven men appointed deacons who became “helping hands” or men with the “ministry of helps” Acts 6:3

In 1 Corinthians 12:28, Paul writes that Elohim has placed in the assembly the ministry of Helps. It is often never seen until Father shows us the power of this ministry!

No matter how anointed you are, if you don’t have people with the ministry of helps around you, you will die of frustration!
Father wants to send us the ministry of help : their part is to help the leader succeed.
